Clarifying user needs

Given the minimal input, I'm thinking it’s best to ask the user for clarification on what they want—whether it’s a translation, a summary, or an article. I want to keep things concise and offer numbered options. I don’t think I need to use a shell for this; asking for clarification will suffice. I'll specifically ask if they’d like a translation to English, a brief news paragraph, analysis on tactical implications, or a rephrase for social media.
