Planning disclaimers in Chinese

I'm considering how to ask if the user wants me to draft without live data. If they say yes, I'll proceed in Chinese. Since it'll follow a command-line interface style, I think doing a single message with bullet list options will keep things concise and clear. I want to ensure I'm being as efficient as possible while also making it easy for the user to understand their options!
